At St.John's we want our school to be percieved as:

1/ Inclusive

There are many elements to the St John’s Community. We have a supportive congregation, a strong and passionate P and F and a thriving P and F playgroup. Add in to that experienced committed teachers and focused students and we have a dynamic and powerful learning community. At St John’s ‘Every Face has a Place’.

2/ Working together in the best interests of our staff and students

We are committed to working with our families, being open, honest and transparent.  Our intimate school building creates an atmosphere where students and their families work together in partnership. This just doesn’t mean reports and parent teacher interviews but creating opportunities for our community to give input into making St John’s the type of school that THEY would like it to be. Our P and F doesn’t just focus on fundraising, they are advocates for the school and its community.

3/ Developed on the teachings of Christ

In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? John 14:2

Christ welcomed all and discriminated against none. In our Lutheran schools we want to welcome all people into our safe and caring learning community.
